Legato Jazz Trio strongly advises clients to book their date early and place a deposit or full payment down for your desired event. Dates that do not have a deposit or full payment associated with them are NOT BLOCKED OUT on our availability calendar, thus, your desired date may be lost to a client who places a deposit or pays in full for a performance.
We all forget things, especially when we are planning something as complicated as a wedding or other large event. We have had clients who lost their desired date due to forgetting to pay their deposit to hold a date and another client placed a deposit to block that same date, so please place a block on your date with a deposit or full payment - the earlier the better.
A good rule-of-thumb is to place your deposit or full-payment for Legato Jazz Trio at the same time as you book your Hall, Wedding Music (full band or DJ), and Photographer.
Contract Payments
- All Legato Jazz Trio services require a deposit ($100) or full payment to securely hold and block out a date.
- Payments can easily be made through the PayPal button below or (preferably) with a personal check mailed to one of our office locations.
- Legato Jazz Trio CANNOT guarantee dates without a deposit or full payment.
- Full payment for a performance is due sixty days prior to the date of performance.
- Cancellation of a contract within thirty days of your event will result in a forfeiture of your payment.
- Performances require access to electrical service.
